By accessing and using this website, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
Deep Intentions Freediving reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time.

Full payment or a deposit is required to confirm your course booking.
Accepted payment methods: Credit Card (protected by Wix Bookings), PayPal, and electronic funds transfer (EFT) for Canadian clients.
Any outstanding balance must be paid before the course begins.

Student Cancellations:
- Cancellations made 14 days or more before the course start date are eligible for a full refund and are subject to a 5% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made 7 days before the course start date are eligible for a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours before the course start date are NOT eligible for a refund.
Instructor Cancellations:
- If a course is canceled or rescheduled by Deep Intentions Freediving due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, safety concerns), students may reschedule.

All participants must be in good health. A medical questionnaire is required before participation and may need to be signed off by a medical doctor if there are any conditions that may affect your ability to freedive.
Participants must follow all safety guidelines and instructor directions. Failure to do so may result in removal from the course without a refund.

Freediving is a physically demanding activity, and participants acknowledge the inherent risks involved.
By booking a course, you agree to release Deep Intentions Freediving and its instructors from any liability for injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur before, during, or after training.
A detailed liability waiver must be signed by participants before starting a course.

All content on this website, including text, images, and branding, is the property of Deep Intentions Freediving and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

Personal information collected during booking will be used solely for course administration and will not be shared with third parties.
